I'm so happy. I will keep coming here in the future instead of visiting the big dealerships down the street. I got a fraudulent inspection from another business yesterday, so I went here to get a second opinion. It is always great to work with honest, friendly people, such as Desmond and Crystal!

I replaced the headlight assemblies on my SUV and was unable to adjust the headlights to the right setting. I decided to bring it to Dellinger's as I didn't want to be gouged by the dealership. Called Delinger's and they said to bring it on in. Friendly staff at the front desk that promised to get it done that day. Found out the assembly had a broken adjuster and they were sorry they couldn't help. I replaced the assemblies again and went back to have the 2nd pair adjusted. Again, encountered friendly staff willing to help. Whenever you call the staff pick up and are knowledgeable about the status of your repair. Picked the car up and was surprised by a no charge for the service! Awesome people that care about their customers. I'll be back in the fall for a full set of tires. So glad we have an alternative to the dealerships so close by.

I had a flat tire that was leaking pretty rapidly on a Thursday, I had it plugged and filled up, but by Friday morning, it was slowly leaking again. I called Dellingers to get the tire replaced at about 830 in the morning on Friday with a time crunch of leaving to get to my second job in VA Beach by 3pm (meaning leaving Suffolk by 2pm) and even through their incredibly busy day, they made it happen and had it finished by 1230PM. Crystal was the most kind and wonderful person to deal with and I can't thank her for assisting in making this happen for me, in such a short timeframe. I highly recommend Dellingers and will be using them for future auto needs.

I recently visited this shop to have four new tires installed, and I can honestly say it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. Every employee I encountered went above and beyond, but I especially want to recognize Allen, Desmond, Jimmy, and Crystal. Each of them played a part in making the process smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Allen was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain my options clearly without any pressure. Desmond made sure everything was handled quickly while still paying attention to detail, which I really appreciated. Jimmy brought such a positive attitude and kept things moving while making sure I was comfortable and informed. And Crystal truly tied the whole experience together—she was organized, friendly, and made sure every question I had was answered with patience and care. Update, I took that advice from the corporate office and took the car back. Haven't been able to use the car in months and they have had that car for over 2 months, no updates or calls by them, I have to call for updates myself. I really need my car back, but they just keep giving me excuses. *****Do not recommend this shop. Started when I bought the car and needed an inspection. I made it a mile away had multiple system failure. Then needed help with the 02 sensor and asked for an oil change. They over filled the oil and blew the gasket. Took the car back and had them fix it they tried to charge me for it....... It was their fault. He mentioned that they broke a screw. After my car started running poorly I opened the hood to find the screw they broke the casing for the screw that held the spark plug wire in place. They broke the valve cover replacing the gasket. Then my battery kept dying. I looked under the hood and noticed strange wires hanging, and flapping around in the engine compartment. They also refused to work on two of my cars, but when my honey asked they made it sound like I was lying. Took his car for a week never called to let us know they never worked on it. This
